There is a $20 fee to reserve your shopping appointment, which will go towards your final purchase. If you do not show, that fee is NON-refundable. You will also have a 15 minute grace period, after which you will be charged an extra $5 which does not count toward your purchase. If you are 30 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and you will not receive any refund. Please respect my time as I plan to respect yourz!
