How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email with tracking info.
What are your delivery options?
We ship to all 51 states via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Please allow 3-5 days for orders to be processed and shipped.
We also offer same or next day delivery via UBERush in NYC (Brooklyn, Manhattan, & Queens ONLY) for our mizfits who need that last minute outfit to shut down their event. Please contact customer service at BEFORE finalizing your order to confirm this option.
How do I return an item?
If your pieces ain't hittin, you can return them to us within 7 days. We will gladly accept your unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items in exchange for store credit. This EXCLUDES any white items or "sexy shit"... aka intimates, body suits etc...(cuuuz that's just nasty!), AND final sale items. Please contact customer service when your package arrives by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly return any incorrect, or damaged items free of charge that is returned to us within 5 days. Please contact customer service with your order number IMMEDIATELY when your package arrives, by sending an email to email@example.com.

Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately mizfits, at this time we do NOT. But we are working to expand our biz as soon as possible!
What is your returns policy?
We will gladly accept your unworn, unaltered returns within 7 business days, in exchange for store credit ONLY. This EXCLUDES any sexy shit...aka intimates.
**Mizfit Couture returns will also incur a 20% restocking fee.
